 ANTIQUE ENGLISH STERLING SILVER VESTA CASE by JOHN ROSE~BIRMINGHAM 1912

 This is a pretty little antique English sterling silver vesta case that is hallmarked for Birmingham 1912 and with the maker's mark of John Rose. The case is generally in good condition with light signs of age and use around it and small dings around the sides and top but no splits or repairs. The hinge and spring are fine and the lid closes fully with a snap. The inside retains the majority of its original gilding. It measures 1 1/2" (3.8cm) by 1 1/8" (2.7cm) and it weighs in at 1/2oz (14.3g)
